How to delete

1. In the app: Profile → Delete my account sends us your request.
2. Or use the form below, or email info@aser-tech.com from your account address with the subject “Account deletion”.
3. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from the account holder.
4. We delete within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted, what is kept

Deleted: your profile and login, your linked users, and the data you entered (customers, stock, drafts, settings).

Kept, only where the law requires it:

• invoices and tax records required in Burundi (OBR), for the legal period (up to 10 years in some cases);
• tax and accounting records required in Kenya, for the period Kenyan tax law requires (at least 5 years);
• anonymised technical logs;
• backup copies, purged within 90 days.

Deletion is permanent. Export what you need first (invoices, reports). An active paid plan ends with no refund of the started period (see refunds).

Delete only some data

You can also delete part of your data and keep the account. Choose that option in the form and say which data.
