Refunds

1. Who refunds you

The seller in your country: ASER Technologies in Burundi, Aser General Trading in Kenya. An approved refund goes back through the payment method you used, within a reasonable time.

2. Delivery

Aser One is delivered online. Nothing is shipped. Your plan is active as soon as we confirm your payment.

3. Free plan and trials

No payment, so no refund. Use them to test Aser One before you pay.

4. Subscriptions

• Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly.
• You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• A started month or year is not refunded, not even pro rata. Nor is a downgrade during a cycle.

5. Not refunded

Unless the law requires otherwise: suspensions for breaking our terms, and outages caused by third parties (mobile money, OBR / EBMS, network, power) or force majeure.

6. Goodwill

We may grant a refund or credit at our discretion, for example after a major incident on our side. This sets no precedent.

7. Hardware

Hardware bought from us can be returned within seven (7) days of delivery if it is faulty, in its original packaging and not damaged by misuse. A change of mind is at your cost. The manufacturer's warranty also applies.

8. How to ask

Email info@aser-tech.com with your account name, plan and reason. Your mandatory legal rights are not affected.
